A terrace of 7 houses designed in 1766-69 by the architect Thomas Paty who worked mainly in Bristol. These houses are now mainly flats and offices. Bristol has many fine squares where houses were built for businessmen and merchants who became rich when Bristol was involved in the slave trade.
