North Kite Enclosure, Wiltshire

It originally consisted of a bank with a ditch outside that enclosed around 8 hectares of land. Only a length of the western side survives as earthworks. The rest has been ploughed flat. Excavation showed it dates from the early Bronze Age. The Wilford disc barrow was put up at a later date.
