Winterbourne Stoke Barrow Group, Stonehenge, Wiltshire

A group of Bronze Age round barrows, part of a larger Winterbourne Stoke group. This part of the group comprises 10 mounds - seven bowl barrows, two saucer barrows and one mound which may be recent spoil [soil dug out during excavation]. Most were excavated in the early 19th century by Colt Hoare
