Salisbury Plain Training Area: A report for the National Mapping Programme

This report details the key findings from the Salisbury Plain Training Area NMP project carried out by staff from the Aerial Photograph Interpretation & Investigation team of English Heritage between December 1994 and August 1995. This is primarily a management report concentrating on the methodology and products of the air photo interpretation and mapping. There are brief period and thematic summaries that highlight key results of the survey. The results from this project fed into the English Heritage publication The Field Archaeology of Salisbury Plain - McOmish, Field and Brown (2002).
