II Includes No.1 Tatton Road.

1902 on date stone. Thomas Worthington and Son. Ashlar, brick, and green slate roof. Three by three bays with two storeys plus attic and a two storey porch. Jacobean style. Projecting plinth, ashlar ground floor and quoins. Porch in bay one with superimposed orders: arched doorway flanked by 3/4 columns on ground floor, three-light mullion and transom window flanked by pilasters on first with a coped gable and ball finial. Bays two and three each have semi-elliptical headed three-light windows and pilasters on ground floor; a five-light mullion and transom oriel window on the first floor with three elaborately carved cartouches, and a coped gable with four-light attic-light. Leaded lights to all upper floor windows and elaborate cast iron rainwater goods.

Total of four large chimney stacks with stone cornices and bands. Bay one of the side elevation is treated similarly but bay two and three project on the upper floor and are supported on shaped stone brackets.

Interior is largely intact. An imposing composition incorporating high quality craftsmanship.
