Pair of houses, one now in use as offices. Mid C18, extensively altered in the early C19, possibly including the subdivision of an original single dwelling. Painted brick with Welsh slate roof. 3-storeyed, each a 3-window range with central paired doorways, 6-panelled part-glazed doors beneath a single pediment, added in early C19 alterations. Irregular fenestration to ground floor, with a single window to the right, and 2 to the left, all 4-pane sashes with flat-arched heads. Upper storeys each have three 12-pane sash windows, with sill bands. Projecting modillion eaves cornice. 2 attic dormers, with segmental and triangular pedimented heads. Gable end stacks. Early C19 alterations included the addition of 2 staircases, in canted bays on the rear elevation.
