Championing our people and building capability for the future, you will partner with your regional leaders to make constructive change happen.
You will have a highly autonomous role, leading the people strategy in the London and South East region creating highly effective relationships with business leaders. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be proactively developing and delivering people solutions, giving pragmatic and risk based advice along with working on key projects. Partnering, collaborating and coaching with both business leaders and your HR colleagues will be key to your success. Using a solutions focussed approach you will drive high standards of HR service delivery. With change high on our corporate agenda you will take a lead role on project delivery and participate on business boards which govern strategy and decision making.
You will be driven by curiosity and a desire to deliver excellent people outcomes. You will ideally have experience of leading change management alongside exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Having worked in a similar Business Partnering role in a complex organisation you will be confident building relationships at a senior level. In addition you will have an excellent working knowledge of employment law, coupled with a robust character and high levels of drive. Commercially aware and highly numerate, you will pride yourself on a consultative approach that makes constructive change happen and drives a positive business culture.
