Expenditure in 2018/19

The Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England's (HBMCE) expenditure in 2018/19 was £106.4 million, comprising £91.6 million received in Grant in Aid from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), and £14.3 million generated through our own commercial and fundraising activities. The difference relates to releases of accruals and provisions from previous years.
