Church of St Julitta, Lanteglos, Camelford - Cornwall (UA)

Large rural parish church, historically serving Camelford two miles to the east. Norman origins with rubble stone nave, chancel and north transept. Slate walled west tower added in C14 and the granite ashlar south aisle and porch added C15. Cornish rag slate roofs. There is excessive vegetation growth in the damp walls on the north side. The slates have slipped and fractured. The gutters are under-sized, leaking and part fallen and there are symptoms of valley gutter leaks. A National Lottery Heritage Fund Grant has been successfully applied for which has enabled repairs to start.
