Church of St Nicholas, Church Street, Lockington, Lockington-Hemington - North West Leicestershire

Parish church of dressed stone with ashlar tower of C13-C15 construction. The north doorway is of c1200. The south aisle was widened early C14 and the north aisle slightly later. The south porch was rebuilt in 1946. Some repointing and isolated stone repairs are required. The church has been the subject of heritage crime. The PCC are keen to effect repairs.
