Church of St Andrew, Church Lane, Glaston - Rutland (UA)

Parish church of C12 origin (tower and north arcade). Spire added early C13, north aisle rebuilt mid C14, chancel and nave rebuilt later C14. Nave roof repaired or renewed mid C18 as evidenced by dated timbers and all much restored 1862. St Andrew's suffered from heritage crime in 2018. Work is being tendered and fundraising is underway. Applications to the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Rutland Historic Churches Trust are anticipated.
