Greenslade Farmhouse, North Tawton - West Devon
Farmstead including farmhouse with medieval origins, attached jointed cruck barn, further barn probably C19 and southern range with large malthouse as well as further open fronted barns and stabling. Mainly cob-built. Roofing and roof structures in very poor condition. Historic England has been in discussion with the new owner regarding repairs and maintenance. Emergency repairs carried out and longer term plan for the site and other repairs are ongoing.
