Church of St Andrew, A170, Middleton - Ryedale

Anglo-Saxon tower with C13 belfry. C13 nave with C15 clerestory. Chancel restored by C Hodgson Fowler in 1886. Good fittings, including C15 stalls in the chancel. The nave roof and masonry have been repaired with the support of a Heritage Lottery Fund Grant for Places of Worship. Further repairs are needed to the tower and chancel roof.
