Church of St Mary, Church Lane, Mirfield - Kirklees

Large Victorian church dating from 1871, designed in the Early English style by Sir George Gilbert Scott. Repairs to high-level tower masonry and tower roof covering were carried out in 2015 with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund Grants for Places of Worship scheme. A further phase of work is required to repair the vestry and rainwater goods.An unsuccessful application to Heritage Lottery Fund's Grants for Places of Worship scheme was made in 2017.
