Church of St Mary, High Pavement, Nottingham - Nottingham, City of (UA)

Urban parish church, built to a grand scale. Mostly C15 with a later phase of Victorian restoration by George Gilbert Scott. There are several areas where routine masonry repair work is becoming urgent. In addition, several roofs require repair and the rainwater disposal system is in need of attention to prevent water ingress and decay. A Grant for Places of Worship was offered in 2014 by the Heritage Lottery Fund enabling the nave roof covering to be repaired. This phase of repairs is now complete. Further works are required.
