Church of St Peter, Merton - Breckland

C12 and C14 parish church in parkland. Surviving round tower to the west. Surviving mid C14 screen; C15 nave roof and early C17 box pews internally. The south aisle roof was re-covered in 2014 and the south nave roof is currently covered with plastic sheeting. The building has been a victim of heritage crime. The PCC is working on a Heritage Lottery Fund grant bid.
