Church of St Augustine, Oundle Road, Peterborough - Peterborough, City of (UA)
Parish church, the oldest part of which features Anglo-Saxon masonry on the west side of the Tower, with a small double-splayed window. Rest of tower and church restored in 1844, 1884 and 1896. Three-light window of c1300 in the South transept. C14 South arcade with octagonal piers. C13 font. Most of the roofs are in a poor condition with water penetrating inside the building. Structural movement affecting the east of the church is a matter for concern. Funding required for major repairs.
