Church of St Mary, Bell Street, Feltwell - King's Lynn and West Norfolk
Medieval church at centre of the village. Altered in 1860 by F Preedy to provide Lady Chapel and large north aisle. Fine French stained glass by Didron & Dudinot added in chancel. C15 century bench ends in nave. The glazing in the south aisle windows is loose; the masonry to window W5 is loose and may have to be rebuilt. The walling is eroding and buttresses show evidence of moisture ingress, as well as signs of movement at west end. PCC and Friend's group seeking funding to undertake repairs.
