Entrance Arch From Courtfield Gardens, Gaspar Mews SW5 - Kensington and Chelsea

Stucco carriage arch, c1870, with foot arches on either side. The central arch has plain piers, a central channelled arch with vermiculated keystone, and pediment. The stucco has deteriorated and resultant water penetration is damaging the structure. A sapling has disrupted one side arch, causing loss of stucco and brickwork and extensive cracking. Attempts have been made to establish ownership but this has not been successful. Funding is now required in order to take forward the necessary repairs.
