Church of St Margaret, Church Hill, Starston - South Norfolk

Church dating from C14-15 with C19 restoration, but much pre-C19 fabric apparently surviving. C19 polychrome decorated chancel roof. Extensive rain and ground water penetration due to poor roof coverings, rainwater goods, ground drainage and open joints in facework. An Heritage Lottery Fund Grants for Places of Worship grant was accepted in 2016. The project development phase began in 2017 with the repair phase scheduled to commence summer 2018.
