Church of St Edmund, Bridge Green, Hargrave - West Suffolk

A grade II* church of C12 origins, extended in the C19. Roofs reslated 2013 supported by Historic England grant. 2014 Quinquennial noted the appearance of cracks at East end of chancel which appear to have become worse such that the chancel East window, buttresses and gable end is at risk. Scheme of remedial work being developed. Historic England Taylor Review Pilot grant offer has been accepted by the congregation for holding repairs and works about to progress and be completed by October 2019.
