Large parish church now within northern suburbs of Swindon. Consists of nave, chancel, north aisle, north vestry (an extension of the aisle), south aisle with two-storey south porch and two-stage west tower. C13 origins, C19 low two-stage west tower. The stone slating to the roofs of the porch, chancel and south slope of the south aisle roofs are in poor condition. Heritage Lottery Fund Grant for Places of Worship offered in 2017 for roof repairs. Project in Project Development stage during 2018 with work anticipated to start towards the end of in 2018.
