Church of St Pancras, Village Centre, Pancrasweek - Torridge

Parish church. Chancel C13 in part, church rebuilt and enlarged C15, restored 1894-8 and 1927. Squared and coursed local stone, granite dressings, slate roofs. There were issues with the tower masonry with cracking and bulging but this has been repaired. There are also holes in the roof and fallen slates in the churchyard and rainwater goods are in poor condition. The church was offered a Heritage Lottery Fund Grant for Places of Worship in 2017 and it is expected that repair work will start by the end of 2018.
