Church of St Edmund, Church Road, Egleton - Rutland (UA)

Small parish church of largely Norman, albeit altered, origin comprising nave with clerestory, chancel and west tower with short spire. Notable richly carved tympanum over the C12 south door. Dampness inside the church is much improved following modest drainage works and low level repointing. The Chancel roof has now been recovered and the interior redecorated. There are concerns over the belfry floor which require further investigation.
