Church of All Saints, Church Road, Brightlingsea - Tendring

C13 Chancel, North and South Chapels; In C15 the South Arcade was rebuilt and the aisle remodelled. C15 West Tower was built to west of church and the Nave was lengthened to join it. Circa 1518 South Vestry. c1520 eastern extension to North Chapel became the Lady Chapel. c1530-40 the North Aisle was reconstructed up to the west bay. Early C16 South Porch. c1814 the roofs and clerestory collapsed. C19 and C20 restorations. Flint rubble walls with loose high level masonry. Tower parapet at risk of loss.
