Church of St Mary, Church Street, Limington - South Somerset

Church dating from C13 onwards. Local squared random rubble with Ham stone dressings. Tiled roofs except for the fine north chapel of 1328 which has an unusual stone roof over ribbed barrel vault. The nave roof is at the end of its life particularly the south slope. The chantry chapel roof is leaking and causing damage to the interior. The congregation has secured a Heritage Lottery Fund Grant for Places of Worship and, as of 2018, is developing a scheme for repair.
