Gunnersbury Park W5 - Hounslow
A landscape park developed in the C18 by Princess Amelia and in the C19 by Baron Lionel de Rothschild. It became a public park in 1925. Long periods of underinvestment affected the condition of buildings and landscape features. An updated masterplan, funded by Historic England, is informing priorities for the next phases of works, with further public consultation planned. Key stakeholders, including the Local Authorities and the Gunnersbury Museum and Park Development Trust, are exploring further fundraising opportunities.
