Refreshment Room, Ravenscourt Park W6 W6 - Hammersmith and Fulham

Former stable block of C18 Ravenscourt Park House, partially demolished and converted into a refreshment room in late C19, with later additions. Recently used as a park tea room, it has been vacant since the end of 2019 and its condition is deteriorating. The roof is failing owing to age, exacerbated by heritage crime and subsequent water ingress, and now needs replacement, along with rainwater goods. Part of the building is inaccessible owing to previous interventions in the layout. The Local Authority is exploring options to fund repairs and bring the building back into long-term viable use.
