Granaries at Knightscote Farm, Harefield UB9 - Hillingdon

A pair of early to mid C19 weatherboarded granaries, each with timber frames, standing on staddle stones, with tiled roofs. These are examples of a once-common agricultural building type in Middlesex, but now rare. The northern granary re-uses a C18 six-panel door and has a queen strut roof with clasped purlins. The southern granary has now collapsed.
