Fire Station Cottages, West End Lane NW6 NW6 - Camden

A terrace of four purpose built firemen’s cottages built circa 1901 and located to the rear of West Hampstead Fire Station. The cottages were occupied by fire crew until the end of the 1990s; since then they have been vacant and boarded up and have suffered some internal deterioration. Applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have been submitted to repair the cottages for use once more as fire crew accommodation.
