Capitol Bingo and Social Club, Churchfield Lane - Nottingham, City of (UA)

Cinema, now Zionist Church built between 1936-37 by Reginald Cooper. Red brick and reconstituted stone construction. The auditorium retains most of its original features. The roof covering is in a very bad condition and is in need of repair. Water is penetrating the interior and causing damage to the plasterwork. Water dispersal needs to be addressed. Some patch repairs have been undertaken over the years. The building owners are keen to effect repairs and are looking to apply to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
