Tonedale Mills (east complex), Milverton Road, Wellington - Somerset Council (UA)

Eastern complex of an integrated multi-component wool textile factory, Split ownership with the eastern part in beneficial use, but western parts disused and in very poor condition. Enforcement Action was undertaken in 2018 to secure Tonedale House following unauthorised works. Some further work has been undertaken in 2019-20 but this has left buildings in worse condition. Discussions between owners, local authority and Historic England, concerning the future and conservation of the site, are ongoing.
