Hall attached to the rear of the Fellowship Inn public house, Randlesdown Road, Bellingham SE6 - Lewisham

Two storey entertainment hall attached to the rear of the public house built in 1923-4 by FG Newnham for the brewery Barclay Perkins and Co. to serve the former London County Council's Bellingham Estate. The hall has been unoccupied for some time and has suffered from vandalism and neglect. In spring 2015 the owner secured a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund for its refurbishment and future use as a pub, micro-brewery, cinema, café and community space. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in 2017, work is currently in progress and is due to complete in late 2018.
