City walls: section extending 130 feet (40 metres) from the back of No. 27 New Street to Windsor Row - Worcester

Section of medieval city walls. A variety of repair and maintenance has taken place along the city walls in the past, and some sections of the wall have been repaired with Historic England grant aid. This section remains at risk and is affected by damaging plant growth. Beneficial vegetation control in 2019, but further maintenance works are needed to tackle re-emerging growth. Areas outside current owners control need to be addressed, and more permanent saftey barriers installed at the top of the wall.
