Poltimore House, Poltimore - East Devon

C16 country house with later additions. Acquired by a trust with funding from Historic England and the Local Planning Authority in 1997. Urgent works carried out in 1998 to make the building wind/weathertight. Emergency roof cover erected 2006. A feasibility study was undertaken in 2007 with grant-aid from the Architectural Heritage Fund and Historic England. Historic England is offering technical advice to the trust to help find a repair solution for the house. This is developing, but as of 2019 a comprehensive plan for the house is still required.
