Pair of garden houses south of Langdon Court Hotel, Langdon, Wembury - South Hams

Early C18 gazebos standing at the junction of the northern and southern terraces in the late C17 to early C18 formal terraced garden to the south of the house. Extensive repairs have been undertaken to the building exteriors and an application was made in 2014 for their alteration to be used as ancillary accommodation to the hotel in the main house. This was finally approved in July 2018 but has not yet been implemented. The hotel closed in April 2020 and was put on the market in November 2020. At the beginning of June 2021 it was recorded as being under offer.
