Pair of garden houses south of Langdon Court Hotel, Langdon, Wembury - South Hams

Early C18 gazebos standing at the junction of the northern and southern terraces in the late C17 to early C18 formal terraced garden to the south of the house. Extensive repairs have been undertaken to the building exteriors and an application was made in 2014 for their use as ancillary accommodation to the hotel in the main house. That was withdrawn pending further discussions with the local planning authority and Historic England. A revised application has been made in April 2018 which is currently being considered.
