Ditherington Flax Mill: Spinning Mill, Shrewsbury - Shropshire (UA)

Former flax mill with five storeys, built in 1797 as the first iron framed building in the world. Converted to maltings in 1897. Outline planning approval was secured for the whole site in 2010. Funding has been secured for the first phase of works and the building is now being repaired. The major structural works are almost complete.
