Ivy Hall Hotel (known as Hobart Hall Hotel), 43-47 (odd), Petersham Road - Richmond upon Thames
Early C18 three-storey house in L-shaped plan with a river frontage, with mid to late C18 wing of four storeys with bays and C20 link. Whilst last used as a hotel, the building has been largely unoccupied for over ten years and is in very bad condition. Urgent works have been carried out and the building is now temporarily wind and weathertight. The Local Authority is in discussion with the owners to secure its repair and re-use, but no suitable scheme has yet been brought forward. A pre-application scheme has been submitted for conversion for residential use.
