Lyonshall Castle, Lyonshall - Herefordshire, County of (UA)

C13 keep enclosed by inner bailey and outer enclosures. The owners are undertaking maintenance of the earthworks in accordance with Historic England advice. Much vegetation control has been carried out. A survey was carried out to inform masonry repair and consolidation, the first phase of which was completed in late 2016 facilitated by an Historic England Management Agreement. A second phase of repairs is being carried out to address the keep and remaining sections at risk. This is due to be completed in the second half of 2018.
