Camellia House, Wentworth Woodhouse, Wentworth - Rotherham

Early C19 conservatory incorporating mid-C18 section to rear, situated south-west of the house in the C18 and C19 gardens to Wentworth Woodhouse, within the park remodelled by Humphry Repton in the early 1790s. The condition of the Camellia House has deteriorated, in part due to vandalism, and the roof and glazing are in very bad condition. The core of the estate has been purchased by the Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust and urgent works have been carried out with a DCMS grant, managed by Historic England.
