Dovecote, 45 metres east of Manor House, Houghton Bank Lane, Houghton Le Side - Darlington (UA)

Dovecote, probably medieval. Disused and requires roof repairs, repointing and removal of vegetation from walls. These works, alongside internal clearance of debris and lime washing of the external stonework, were granted Listed Building Consent in May 2019, as part of a wider scheme for the residential conversion of the farmstead.
