Northwood House, Ward Avenue, Cowes - Isle of Wight (UA)

Large house, 1837, with spectacular interiors. The long-term future of this partly used building is unresolved and maintenance needs to be addressed in the short term. However, the Trustees of Northwood House have appointed a conservation architect. A package of repairs and improvements is being worked on to present to the Heritage Lottery Fund. The cost of full repair is very high. Further areas of the building have been brought back into use.
