1840 former dry dock cover which was later used as a Machine Shop but is now disused. Cladding removed so the cast iron members and joints are now corroding. Applications to repair and convert it for leisure uses were approved by the Local Authority but not fully implemented. An updated application for its conversion to a retail use has not yet been determined.
