The Small Mansion - Gunnersbury House, Gunnersbury Park, Gunnersbury Avenue W3 - Hounslow

Built circa 1802, the smaller of the two houses on the site of Gunnersbury House which was demolished circa 1801. The house is deteriorating rapidly. Historic England funded a condition survey to inform stabilising repairs. The Local Authority, Historic England, Gunnersbury 2026 Community Investment Company and other key stakeholders have secured considerable funding to undertake further investigative works and urgent repairs. An in-depth options appraisal has identified the potential for future viable and sustainable uses and these are being further explored, with public consultation planned.
