Office block dated 1931, formerly the station headquarters building. The building has been vacant since the RAF withdrew from Biggin Hill, the internationally renowned historic fighter base, in 1993. The Local Authority is considering action to secure works. Having met with the owner and other stakeholders, the Local Authority and Historic England are discussing ways in which they can assist in identifying new uses for the building.
