Stable Block at Brent Lodge Park, Church Road, Hanwell W7 - Ealing

Late C19 two storey building, built of yellow stock brick. Urgent works to the slate hipped roof and underpinning were undertaken to control water ingress and stabilise the building. The Local Authority carried out a marketing exercise in 2015 to explore viable uses for the building. Approval was given in 2017 for conversion to business use and further Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent applications are under consideration.
