Windlestone Hall, Windlestone Park, Windlestone - County Durham (UA)

Large house, circa 1835, by Ignatius Bonomi for Sir Robert Johnson Eden. Surrounded by gardens and parkland and a cluster of estate buildings, including stables. Serious metal theft and vandalism in 2016 / 2017 has left the building in a serious condition. A temporary roof cover has been installed and discussions are taking place with a new owner about its re-use.
