Efford Fort and Emplacement, Military Road, Efford - Plymouth, City of (UA)

Palmerston Fort built between 1863 and 1869. Partially occupied, as the parade ground is used for seasonal accommodation whilst buildings are vacant or used for storage. Buildings are suffering from benign neglect with heavy vegetation growth on the ramparts which may lead to water penetration and structural problems. No solution agreed.
