Malt House approx 15 metres south west of Blacker Hall Farmhouse, Crigglestone Branch Road, Crigglestone - Wakefield

Rare early-mid C17 malt house located approximately 15 metres south west of Blacker Hall Farmhouse. Impressive group value. Partial collapse of front wall, roof covering missing, roof timbers collapsing. Historic England grant for Project Development work completed in 2015. Urgent repairs are currently being undertaken and Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have been obtained in 2018 for a site-wide scheme; the development of the wider site is dependent on the repair and conversion of the Malt House.
