2, Woodside Green, South Norwood SE25 - Croydon

Early C18 timber-framed house with brick gable ends and catslide roof to the rear. The building is unoccupied and in poor condition following fire damage in 1991. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for residential use were granted in 2015. The Local Authority and Historic England advised on the condition of the building and repair works. The chimneys have been rebuilt, wall timbers repaired, and the roof was in the process of being reinstated to make the building wind and weathertight. However repair and reinstatement have been delayed and the works remain incomplete.
