2, Woodside Green, South Norwood SE25 - Croydon

Early C18 timber-framed house with brick gable ends and catslide roof to the rear. The building is unoccupied and in poor condition following extensive fire damage in 1991. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for residential use were granted in 2015. The Local Authority and Historic England are continuing to advise on the condition of the building and repair works. In 2017 the tiles and chimney were taken down for safety reasons and the building is currently protected by a temporary roof. Applications to discharge conditions associated with the extant consents are under discussion.
